We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site’s database by contacting . However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor’s entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.

When an Authorized Customer connects a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to this Site, we receive data from Meta ("Platform Data"). This may include the Meta user ID (PSID/IGSID), name, profile picture, email address where provided, Page and account identifiers, message content exchanged between the Authorized Customer's Page and its subscribers, comments, and access tokens issued by Meta.
How is Meta Platform Data used?
We use Platform Data solely to provide the messaging, automation, live chat, comment management, publishing and reporting features that the Authorized Customer has requested. Platform Data is used only on behalf of, and at the direction of, the Authorized Customer who owns the connected Page or Instagram account. We do not sell Platform Data, we do not use it for advertising or targeting unrelated to the Authorized Customer's own business, and we do not use it to build independent user profiles.
How is Meta Platform Data stored and who can access it?
Platform Data is stored in our application database on servers operated by our hosting provider, Marihost, located in Malaysia. Access tokens and sensitive values are stored in a restricted manner and are accessible only to the Authorized Customer who connected the account and to a limited number of authorized personnel for support and maintenance purposes. Our service providers who may process this data are our hosting provider (Marihost) and our payment provider (toyyibPay), each acting on our instructions.
Data retention and deletion of Meta Platform Data
Platform Data is retained only for as long as the Authorized Customer maintains an active connection to the relevant Facebook Page or Instagram account. When an Authorized Customer disconnects a Page or Instagram account, deletes a subscriber, or closes their account with us, the associated Platform Data is deleted from our active systems. Access tokens are revoked or discarded when a connection is removed. Any person may request deletion of their Platform Data by contacting us at info@getxlead.com, and we will action such requests without undue delay.
Compliance with Meta Platform Terms
Our use of Platform Data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We use Platform Data only for the permitted purposes described above, we do not transfer Platform Data to any party other than the service providers named above, and we do not attempt to re-identify data that Meta provides in aggregated or de-identified form.
